2.1 By accessing the ph86 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any Gaming Service offered by ph86, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the ph86 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease access to the ph86 Platform and must not register an Account or use any ph86 Gaming Service.

3.1 Minimum Age. Access to ph86 Gaming Services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ph86 Platform is operated for players located within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the ph86 Platform is lawful in your location. ph86 does not represent that access to its Platform is appropriate or available in any specific jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
3.3 Prohibited Persons. You represent and warrant that you are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms. If you become a Prohibited Person during the term of your Account, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and notify ph86 support.
3.4 Employee Exclusion. Employees, directors, officers, and contracted agents of ph86, and their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any ph86 Gaming Service.
Age Restriction Notice: ph86 is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Misrepresentation of age during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and of applicable Philippine law. All accounts are subject to age verification at any time.
4.1 Registration Requirement. To access ph86 Gaming Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address.
4.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active ph86 Account. The creation or maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where ph86 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances within such accounts may be forfeited.
4.3 KYC Verification. ph86 requires all Account Holders to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys national ID, UMID, driver's licence, or valid passport) along with any supplementary documentation ph86 may reasonably request. Full platform functionality, including withdrawal capability, is conditional on successful KYC completion.
4.4 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account is accurate and up to date. ph86 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Account Holder. You must notify ph86 support promptly of any material changes to your registered details.
4.5 Account Non-Transferability. ph86 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in your Account or any Account balance or entitlement to any third party.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph86 Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered device.
5.2 You must not disclose your Account credentials to any third party and must not permit any other person to access your ph86 Account. ph86 shall treat any activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you, except where you have notified ph86 of a security breach in accordance with Section 5.4.
5.3 ph86 will never request your full Account password through any channel, including customer support, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from ph86 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph86 support immediately.
5.4 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify ph86 support immediately via the official contact channel at ph86.club. ph86 will investigate the matter and may temporarily restrict Account access pending investigation.
5.5 ph86 reserves the right to require additional verification steps — including OTP confirmation — where login is attempted from an unrecognised device or location, as a security measure for your protection.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph86 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and minimum transaction limits: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may change and are displayed in the Wallet section of your Account at the time of deposit.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 or such other amount as ph86 may specify for a given payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to the Account.
6.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you personally. Deposits using payment accounts held in another person's name are prohibited. ph86 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used to fund an Account.
6.4 Currency. All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies, such as USDT, will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, as determined by ph86.
6.5 Deposit Limits. ph86 may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at the account, payment method, or platform level. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their Account settings.
6.6 No Guarantee of Processing. ph86 is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit processing caused by payment service providers, financial institutions, or telecommunications infrastructure. ph86 will make reasonable efforts to resolve deposit disputes upon written notification.
7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Account Holders who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds until identity verification is complete.
7.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. ph86 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.
7.3 Processing Time. ph86 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the Wallet section of the platform. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five to thirty minutes. Processing times for bank transfers depend on the receiving institution's settlement schedule and may take longer.
7.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Wallet section of the platform. ph86 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits at any time in accordance with its internal risk and compliance procedures.
7.5 Right to Request Documentation. Before processing any withdrawal, ph86 may request additional documentation for anti-money laundering (AML) verification purposes, including but not limited to source of funds declarations, additional identification documents, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal processing delays or refusal.
7.6 Bonus Funds. Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements and conditions specified in the relevant bonus terms. Funds originating from bonuses that have not met applicable rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
8.1 Finality of Results. All game outcomes and bet settlements are final once confirmed by ph86's system. ph86 reserves the right to void, reverse, or correct settled bets where errors — including system errors, incorrect odds, or operator mistakes — are identified, with notice to the affected Account Holder.
8.2 Game Rules. Each game available on the ph86 platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated in the specific game rules.
8.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting the outcome of a game or bet, ph86 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. ph86 is not liable for winnings that would have been achieved but for a technical error.
8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per bet, and per session, as displayed within each game interface. ph86 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
8.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting odds, markets, and settlement rules are governed by ph86's sportsbook rules, available in the Sports section of the platform. ph86 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any betting market at any time, and to settle bets in accordance with official results from the relevant sporting authority.
9.1 ph86 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to Account Holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates.
9.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to an Account may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements (rollover) have been met. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games are specified in the bonus terms for each promotion.
9.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer is available once per eligible Account Holder unless otherwise stated. The use of multiple accounts to claim a promotion multiple times constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.

9.5 Bonus Abuse. ph86 actively monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including pattern betting designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine gaming risk. ph86 reserves the right to void bonus winnings, close accounts, and recover funds obtained through bonus abuse.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph86 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
10.2 ph86 reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account balance and winnings, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities, and/or civil legal action.
11.1 ph86 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. ph86 provides the following tools to all Account Holders at no charge:
11.2 Responsible gaming tools can be accessed and configured in the Account settings under the Responsible Gaming section. ph86 requests that players use these tools proactively rather than reactively.
11.3 Where ph86 reasonably determines that a player may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling — including patterns of large and increasing wagers, frequent deposits following losses, or requests for limit increases — ph86 may, at its discretion, impose limits, contact the player, or restrict Account activity pending a review.
11.4 Self-exclusion requests submitted to ph86 are processed within one business day. During a self-exclusion period, ph86 will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Account Holder from accessing the Platform. However, ph86 cannot guarantee that all access pathways are blocked, and the excluded Account Holder remains responsible for not attempting to circumvent the exclusion.

12.1 All content on the ph86 Platform, including but not limited to the ph86 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and databases, is the proprietary intellectual property of ph86 or its licensed content providers.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph86 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ph86 content.
12.3 All game content — including visual assets, audio, paytables, and mathematical models — is owned by the respective game providers licensed to ph86. Use of such content is subject to the game providers' own intellectual property rights.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph86 shall not be liable to any Account Holder for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the ph86 Platform or any Gaming Service.
13.2 ph86 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that defects will be corrected. ph86's liability in connection with any gaming malfunction, system error, or technical failure is limited to the return of the staked amount to the Player's Account balance.
13.3 ph86 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from a Player's voluntary participation in Gaming Services. All gambling involves inherent financial risk and players acknowledge this risk when using the ph86 Platform.
13.4 ph86 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their Account credentials, including losses caused by unauthorised third-party access to the Account where ph86 was not negligent in the security of the Platform.
13.5 Nothing in this Section limits ph86's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 ph86 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph86 reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the Account Holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account Holder is a Prohibited Person; (c) the Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise improper purposes; or (d) closure is required for regulatory compliance reasons.
14.2 In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where closure results from regulatory requirements or other reasons not attributable to the Account Holder's breach, ph86 will return the verified net balance to the Account Holder via their registered payment method, subject to outstanding AML verification requirements.
14.3 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ph86 support. Any outstanding balance on a voluntarily closed Account will be returned to the Account Holder's registered payment method following completion of standard withdrawal verification procedures.
15.1 ph86 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ph86 will provide advance notice to Account Holders via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.
15.2 Your continued use of the ph86 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.
15.3 The current effective version of these Terms and Conditions is always accessible at ph86.club/terms-conditions. The effective date indicated at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ph86 relating to these Terms, your Account, or any Gaming Service, you should first contact ph86 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. ph86 will endeavour to respond to and resolve formal complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph86's internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority under PAGCOR's jurisdiction, or to the competent courts of the Philippines, as may be applicable.
16.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court where necessary to preserve rights pending resolution of a dispute.
